Where do you ship?
Spool No.72 ships to the United States and its territories and internationally to Canada, Australia and the UK.
How will my order be shipped and what are the shipping fees?
Our preferred shipping provider is USPS. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days within the continental United States. Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared.
- Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $7.95
- Canada Flat Rate Shipping: $24.95
- International Flat Rate Shipping: $32.95
* International orders are subject to each countries customs fees. You will need to check your countries policies for appropriate fees.Transit time for international orders will vary. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
How to I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at Spoolno72.com.
Make sure to add email@example.com to your contact list to ensure the confirmation and tracking emails arrive to your inbox safely.
Returns & Exchange Policy:
We know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy exchanges or returns. Please read our return policy below and use the back side of this form to proceed with a return or exchange.
- All return/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.
- Sale & vintage items are all final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged. Vintage items may take 3-7 days to dispatch. Due to the delicate nature of our Couture dresses your purchase of a Couture dress will only be eligible for an in-store credit only upon return.
- All items must be returned with their original tags attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return/exchange policy will be refused or charged a 20-50% restock fee.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.
- Jewelry must be returned with original box or bag.
- Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment.
- Refund requests made to expired credit cards will be issued in the form of a store credit.
- In-store credits can only be applied to orders that have been placed after the in-store credit has been issued. In-store credits cannot be applied to orders placed before the in-store credit has been issued.
- Shipping is free for new orders placed for an exchange! Shipping fees for the new order will be refunded when the returned item is received. Shipping fees are not complementary on exchange orders over 30 days. Shipping fees on exchanges are only valid for up to 3 exchanges.

1. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy above to make sure you have met all the return requirements. Items returned that do not meet all the return requirements will not be accepted & additional postage will have to be paid to have the item returned to you.
2. Complete the packaging slip that was included with your order or download the return form above with the product information found on the reverse side of this packaging slip for the product(s) you wish to return.
3. Fold clothing neatly and place in the original plastic garment bag as it was received. Include the completed return form and send to:

We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. The original form of payment will be credited. You will receive an email when your return is processed. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card/bank statement.
Please place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we receive your returned item. Your Standard Rate shipping for the new order will be refunded when we process your return.(For U.S. orders only.)
Once your new order is placed please complete the return process above for the item you are returning, making sure to mark exchange on the return form with the new order number.
Price Adjustments: Spool No.72 gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
Damaged or defective items: If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 30 days for a full refund. Notification past the 30 day return window will not be eligible for a full refund.
Purchasing Gift Certificates:
A simple, easy, and fast way to send something special. Our gift certificates can be purchased in any amount desired and are fashionably emailed directly to the recipient with your personalized message and gift code.
* Gift certificates are delivered via email only.
* Larger gift certificate purchases may take longer to process. For security purposes larger gift card purchases will require approval prior to validation.
* Gift Certificates are sent 1-24 hours after the purchase has been made.
Redeeming a Gift Certificate:
Congratulations on your new gift certificate! To use your gift certificate please enter the Card number and the pin in the Gift Certificate box during checkout. The amount of the gift certificate will be applied to the purchase.
* Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Returns on purchases that have used a gift certificate will be eligible for an in-store credit only.
