Where do you ship?
Spool No.72 ships to the United States and its territories and internationally to Canada, Australia and the UK.

How will my order be shipped and what are the shipping fees?
Our preferred shipping provider is USPS. Standard delivery time is 4-11 business days within the continental United States. Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared. Shipping fees are not refundable.

• International Flat Rate Shipping: $32.95

How to I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email.  Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking number.  You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at Spoolno72.com.

Returns & Exchanges:

Within 30 days of payment: Spool No.72 gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds must be accompanied by the original invoice and will be made in the form of the original payment.  Vintage & sale items are not returnable.

Return the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item please place an order for the item you are exchanging for. We recommend placing a new order to prevent the new item from selling out while your current item is being returned. When the returned item arrives at our warehouse we will issue a full refund and a refund for the shipping for the second order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Price Adjustments:
Spool No.72 gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

Damaged or defective items: If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 30 days for a full refund. Notification past the 30 day return window will not be eligible for a full refund.
